Sunday, May 10th at 6pm, we invite you to immerse yourself in Harmonious Pairings, an elevated wine, food, and music event designed to awaken the senses and celebrate the art of pairing. Parrish Family Vineyard is collaborating with the SLOSymphony
where 50% of the proceeds go to the symphony. Set in our garden with vineyard views, this experience offers a breathtaking backdrop where nature and craftsmanship come together to create a memorable evening.

It shows the possible partnership between sound and flavors. Whether you’re a seasoned wine enthusiast or simply enjoy discovering new flavors, this experience offers something memorable for everyone. Elevate Your Experience: Barrel Tasting at 4:30pm Add-On
For those looking to go deeper into the winemaking journey, we’re offering an exclusive pre-event Barrel Tasting Experience with our Winemaker, David Parrish. This behind-the-scenes look at winemaking adds an extra layer of appreciation to the pairings that will follow. This intimate add-on gives guests a rare opportunity to taste wines still aging in barrel—long before they are bottled and released. You’ll gain insight into the evolution of our wines and the decisions that shape each vintage.

One of our team members will guide you on a tour of the grounds and share the grape to wine story featuring Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon.
