Reservation & Visiting Policies

Making Reservations

Reservations are encouraged, but not required! Walk-ins are accommodated as best as possible with available seating and depending on service. Please read the below information regarding group size and reservations.

 

Reservations can be made online using the following link: Reserve Here or by emailing reservations@parrishfamilyvineyard.com. We will confirm reservations by email (via our reservation system, Tock).

 

When making a reservation, please include the total number of guests that require a seating (ie: children and designated driving guests). We are not able to seat guests in the vineyard. Thank you for your understanding. 

 

We make every effort to accommodate Wine Club Members that walk-in, but please be aware that on busier days, we may not be able to accommodate all requests due to availability and service. We highly recommend reservations in advance in order to provide the best experience possible. Thank you! 

Changes to Reservations

Reservations can be updated via our reservation system, Tock, but always feel free to email reservations@parrishfamilyvineyard.com or call 805-286-4028.

Late Arrivals, Cancellations, and No Shows 

For late arrivals, please call to inform us you are running a little late and we will do our best to accommodate the change. Late arrivals and no shows that are more than 15 minutes late may not be able to be seated due to table availability and service impact. We appreciate your understanding. 

 

For cancellations, we request notifying us 24 hours in advance so that we can open the table to other guests. Please call us for unexpected changes day of at 805-286-4028. 

Visiting Us
  • As a winery, we offer wine experiences for guests where food offerings can be enjoyed in addition. Due to our county permit, we are unable to offer food-only experiences. All food offerings must be accompanied with wine experiences, which we outline below. At Parrish Family Vineyard, we strive to deliver a full experience featuring educational hospitality, boutique hand-crafted wines, delicious house-made food offerings, and gorgeous vineyard views. To uphold this experience, please note the below minimums for visiting and enjoying our Tasting Room experience: 
  • Wine Tasting - Our Wine Guides look forward to sharing our current wine tasting and story with guests. For any size party, half of the party must partake in wine tastings, which are $35 per wine tasting. 

  • By the Glass - In lieu of wine tasting, guests can opt to enjoy a by the glass experience. If a party decides to enjoy by the glass only, each person must enjoy a glass of wine or there is a $35 minimum for guests not partaking in wine. The minimum spend can be met with food, soft beverages, bottles to take home, or merchandise. 


  • Wine Club - Wine Club Members receive complimentary tastings based on their wine club tier. Winemaker Members receive 2 complimentary wine tastings per visit. Innovators, Heritage, and Legacy Members receive 4 complimentary wine tastings per visit. Wine by the glass cannot be waived in lieu of a wine tasting in accordance with the ABC law.

*The above does not apply to minors. 
  • The visit time is a 1.5 hour limit. This limit will be applied on busy service days and in-demand seats (ie: porches).
  • We offer seating indoors and outdoors. Please specify if you have a preference and we will do our best to accommodate! Note that the weather can impact availability of seating locations.
  • We ask that children stay with their group during the visit. We do have a putting green that the kids can enjoy with adult supervision, which is a great way for them to pass the time!
  • We love friendly dogs and they are welcome in our outdoor areas! Please keep them on a leash and with the owner as a courtesy to other guests.
  • Please no outside food or beverages as we offer our own estate wines and in-house food offerings.
  • Please no smoking (all types) on the property as it is a working ranch.
Reservations by Group Size
Groups with 9-16 Guests

We look forward to welcoming your group! Please book your reservation on Tock here. This is a paid in advance reservation.


  • Bookings are available at 11am and 2pm on most days.
  • We require a $35 minimum spend per guest on wine or food. This includes guests not participating in wine consumption. Our wine tastings are $35 and can be waived with a $65 bottle purchase. Minors and a designated driver are exempt from the minimum.
  • At the time of booking, a credit card will be charged for all of the tastings, food ad-ons, and 20% gratuity. With Tock, we are unable to do split payments. Thank you for your understanding!
  • With our small kitchen and team, we ask for a food pre-order 48 hours in advance to help our kitchen prepare. This can be done when booking through Tock, or by emailing reservations@parrishfamilyvineyard.com.
  • Our current menu is here.
  • With the demand, there is a 10 BLTA limit per group.
  • Please let us know if your group size changes prior to arrival. This includes decreases, so we set the right amount placements at the table.  Depending on the adjustment, we may not be able to accommodate more people depending on availability and service.
  • Groups that are more than 15 minutes late may not be able to be seated, or may have a wait based on service and availability.
  • Upon accepting your reservation, the above rules will be agreed upon by all members of the party.
  • Please note that seating is mainly outdoors for larger parties on our covered porches, or our brick patio. We do have heaters, coolers, shades, and blankets depending on the season to add comfort.


Groups with 17+ Guests

We look forward to welcoming your group! Please email reservations@parrishfamilyvineyard.com to plan your visit. Reservations are required for groups of this size.


  • Reservations are required for groups of this size due to the set-up and team needed to serve your group. Bookings are available at 11am and 2pm on most days.
  • We require a $35 minimum spend per guest on wine or food. This includes guests not participating in wine consumption. Our wine tastings are $35 and can be waived with a $65 bottle purchase. Minors and a designated driver are exempt from the minimum.
  • At the time of booking, a credit card will be charged for all of the tastings, food ad-ons, and 20% gratuity. With Tock, we are unable to do split payments. Thank you for your understanding!
  • We offer Cheese & Charcuterie Boards that can be pre-paid in advance to your visit. Each board is $100 and feed around 6 people.
  • Please let us know if your group size changes prior to arrival. This includes decreases, so we set the right amount placements at the table. Depending on the adjustment, we may not be able to accommodate more people depending on availability and service.
  • Groups that are more than 15 minutes late may not be able to be seated, or may have a wait based on service and availability.
