Zinfandel Release
We are releasing the 2021 Zinfandel on January 16th, 2026!
Our History With Zinfandel
Zinfandel is a varietal we have been producing for over a decade. Although we are primarily focused on Cabernet Sauvignon at our winery, we have a special place for Zinfandel. In the 1920s, David Parrish’s grandfather, Earl Henderson, came from Fresno to the Central Coast area to plant wine grapes in support of E.G. Lewis’ vision in Atascadero. Earl managed over 700 acres of vineyards, and one of the varieties he grew was Zinfandel. The Zin cuttings he got from the well-known Paderewski Ranch in Paso Robles.
Today, in memory of his grandfather, David grows a small block of Zinfandel near the entrance to his Adelaida Road Tasting Room. It’s a way for David to remember his grandfather’s stories of the vineyards that were shared with him as a boy.
Zinfandel Tasting Weekend
The 2021 Paso Robles Zinfandel will be released to our Wine Club on January 16th and will be available for tasting that weekend. It has wonderful notes of cranberry, Bing cherry, pomegranate, suede, and white pepper. This wine is perfect to pair with smoked meats, roasted vegetables, and mushrooms.
Visit us
the weekend of January 16th-19th to try a sample of this limited wine! Cheers to the Zinfandel, which inspires us to remember our family and history!

It's happening right now at Parrish Family Vineyard in the Adelaida District of Paso Robles wine country, and we wanted to show you what it actually looks like.
