  • How do I log into my online club account?

    Club members can visit this page here for how to login!

  • How do I customize my club shipment (package)?

    Innovator's, Heritage/Founders, and Legacy members can customize by logging into their online account


    Alternatively, you can email club@parrishfamilyvineyard.com. We recommend emailing versus calling so we have your request in writing. 


    Club Members can call 805-286-4028 (option 2) for assistance from our Club Manager.

  • Can Winemaker's club members customize?

    Club members can upgrade to a customizable club, or add extra bottles to their shipment! Please reach out to club@parrishfamilyvineyard.com for assistance. 

  • Can I change which club I'm in?

    Yes! Please reach out to club@parrishfamilyvineyard.com as we can assist with switching your membership prior to the processing date.

  • Can I customize after the customization time frame?

    We provide a couple of weeks for the customization window and ask that customizations occur within that date range to ensure orders process correctly. Thank you!

  • I won't be home the week of the shipment, what can we do?

    No problem! Please email us prior to the processing date at club@parrishfamilyvineyard.com with a better shipping date for you!


    Once we send our club shipment information to our offsite fulfillment, we are unable to guarentee changes can be made. We encourage members to notify us promptly as redirects and returns are costly. 

  • I cannot sign for my shipment, are there other options?

    It's okay, we have some recommendations! 


    • Business: We highly recommend shipping to a business with weekday hours. We have seen the most success with this option. 

    • UPS Store:  Most UPS Stores will receive shipments. Storing times vary by store. Please contact your local UPS Store about this opiton.

    • Family & Friends: Many club members ask their loved ones to receive their shipments! Just be sure they are over 21 years old for the signature. 

    Please email club@parrishfamilyvineyard.com before the processing date with a shipping address you would like us to ship to, or you can update online via your account. We do ask that members supply us with the shipping address for UPS Stores and businesses to avoid errors.


    *Wine shipments are required by law to be signed and received by a person 21+ years of age. 

  • How do I update my shipping address?

    You can update your shipping address in your online account, or you can email club@parrishfamilyvineyard.com. Please do this prior to the processing date so our offsite fulfillment receives the correct address, thank you!


    *Shipments that are cancelled, redirected, or returned incur fees from our fulfillment and the carrier (UPS). 

  • Who does Parrish use for shipments?

    We use UPS. We can even ship to a UPS Store, please email club@parrishfamilyvineyard.com with the UPS Store's address. 


    If you would like another carrier, please let us know as soon as possible prior to the processing date. Thank you!

  • Can I change my method of delivery from pick up to ship, or ship to pick up?

    Yes, not a problem! 


    Please email club@parrishfamilyvineyard.com or call 805-286-4028 (option 2) prior to the proecessing date to switch. 

  • How do I update my credit card?

    Club members can update the credit card on their online account. You can also call 805-286-4028 (option 2) and our Club Manager will be happy to assist you!

  • Can I make a reservation for pick up?

    We would love to pre-pack your wines so it's ready for you! You can make a reservation here


    • Club Pick Up Only reservations are to pick up only at the host stand and do not include the seated experience with wine & food. 

    • Wine Tasting reservations can be made for the whole experience with wine & food, just add a note in the reservation that you would like to pick up. Thank you! 
  • Can I pick up after the pick up window?

    Please reach out to us at club@parrishfamilyvineyard.com to make arrangements with our Club Manager. 


    Surprisingly, our Tasting Room & Winery do not have a lot of storage, so we are unable to do long term storage beyond the current club season. We appreciate your understanding! 

  • Can someone else pick up for me?

    Not a problem! Please reach out to our Club Manager at club@parrishfamilyvineyard.com as we need prior notification. 


    If you prefer to call 805-286-4028 (option 2). We may ask a few verification questions to protect your account.

  • Can I customize when I pick up?

    We can do customizations during the customization window, prior to the processing date. Your Wine Guide can supply you with an order form to select your wines and make notes.

  • I got a notification that my shipment is shipping. What if I will be in the area, can I still pick up?

    It depends on our offsite fulfillment. Please reach out to our Club Manager at 805-286-4028 (option 2) prior to visiting the Tasting Room. Our Club Manager will have to reach out to the fulfillment for this request. 


    *Shipments that are cancelled, redirected, or returned incur fees from our fulfillment and the carrier (UPS). 

  • There's an error with the order.

    As much as we don't want errors to happen, they still can and we are so sorry!


    Please reach out to club@parrishfamilyvineyard.com or 805-286-4028 (option 2) to let us know if there are any errors or issues promptly. Our Club Manager will go through options with you!

  • I need to put my account on hold or close the membership.

    We are always sad to hear this, but understand! 


    Please email club@parrishfamilyvineyard.com as we ask for these requests in writing a week before processing


    Options: 

    • On Hold: Club memberships can be placed on hold for up to 2 club seasons. *Members will not have access to membership perks during this time. 

    • Change the Club Level - Wine Club Members can switch to another club level to keep member perks active.  

    • Closure - Club members can close their club membership after 2 club shipments have been fulfilled according to our Club Terms. We do request this in writing for our records, thank you!
