We’re handing over the pipettes and pouring the barrel samples — it’s time to roll up your sleeves and blend. This summer at Parrish Family Vineyard, you’re invited to step beyond the tasting room and into the heart of the winemaking process at our Art of Blending event held in the winery!

Led by winemakers David Parrish and Cody Alt, this hands-on event gives you the chance to learn how great blends are made — and then create one yourself! You’ll explore how to balance acidity, flavor concentration, and alcohol while mastering the art of bold, structured Bordeaux-style blends with nuance and finesse. You’ll work with the same component wines as everyone else, but what you create is completely up to you! Some blends will be silky and smooth, others bold and expressive. There’s no pressure… but who knows — your creation just might rival one of ours!
