Heritage

This is a story 90 years and four generations in the making. The family’s roots start with their grandfather planting 500 acres of grapes in Atascadero during Prohibition. Today, the family manages 70 acres on two estate vineyards in Paso Robles. Specializing in Bordeaux varieties, winemaker and owner, David Parrish, worked five decades designing and installing vineyard trellising throughout many infamous wine regions. His heart remained in the Central Coast and moved back to Paso Robles to create estate-inspired, Napa-style Cabs in Paso’s calcareous limestone soils.
